Moong Daal Chilla

Ingredients:
Moong daal : 1 cup 
Salt 
Zeera / cumin seeds: 1 pinch 
Green chilli : 2 
Oil

Method : 
Soak moong daal for 2 hrs in double the amount of water. Grind the moong daal, zeera seeds, salt and green chillies. 
Make a batter not of dropping consistency but a little thick.
 Smear some oil on a non stick pan. Place a spoonful of the batter on the pan and spread it on the pan. 
Cook on low heat , the sides will start coming out of the pan. Pull it or turn it with a spatula. 

Cook on the other side. Roll it up and serve with green chutney.
